EULA

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (the “End User”) and GLIMMEREYE VENTURES LIMITED (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) governing your use of our software application (the “Software”). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

License Grant

  1. License. Subject to the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
  2. Restrictions. You may not:
    • Copy, modify, or distribute the Software.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
    • Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice on the Software.

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
